Some clients are still nervous about the muscle and wrinkle relaxant treatment, however this product has been used for over 15 years for therapeutic treatment of cerebral palsy in children, movement disorders of the head and neck and excessive underarm sweating. The dose used for cosmetic purposes is very small compared to the therapeutic dose.  The procedure is walk in walk out, and the full effects of the treatment last for about 3 months; the best way to continue a maintenance regime is to have the next treatment before the first one wears out.   These treatments continue to increase in popularity in America and Australia.
